I work within integrated care in obstetrics/gynecology. I work with all the providers to help patients cope, adjust, manage, and coordinate care for mental health related issues. I have a strong passion for working with perinatal and postnatal mental health, grief and loss, and adjustment disorders. I typically use a solution focused approach, utilizing up to 5 brief sessions with patients and referring on for longer term therapy if needed.
