I work within integrated care in family medicine. I work with all the family medicine providers to help patients (ages 14 and up) cope, adjust, manage, and coordinate care for mental health related issues. I enjoy working with grief, adjusting to medical diagnosis, aging. I typically use a solution focused approach, utilizing up to 5 brief sessions with patients.
