Growing up in a rural area made helping others a priority. Working in healthcare allows us to constantly help the community improve their health, so that their quality of life is higher. The most rewarding aspect of caring for others is watching their happiness when their needs are met, and seeing their hard work pay off when they meet their goals. To establish and maintain healthy patient relationships, key factors that I rely on are honesty, respect, and compassion.
